Cambo - Training Course and Member's Practice
Another wonderful sunny weekend for the final, but one, training course of the season.
Eight trainees, mainly Fifers, attended on both days and said they enjoyed the experience. Under Calum’s guidance they dismantled a section of the new wall in the car park before they learnt about setting the pins and lines for the rebuild. The stone is quite large so it was hard going at times. They did however successfully complete the wall including the copes. Well done to all involved.
Eight members attended on Saturday and five on Sunday including new member Luke, who was amazed by the difference in stone from his training course at Blackruthven. Members mainly worked on an adjoining section and on a repair to a seat in the garden beside the stables.
